What a record cannot show

Everything on the earlier pages is about what a record contains. This page is about what no record contains, and about the part of a record that sits behind the application’s login and is out of this site’s reach. A copied trade is a leveraged contract on a price; the follower carries the loss on their own account.

Where each piece of a record can be seen, read on 6 November 2026

“Strategy page” means what the cTrader help page says the page contains. This site did not log in and did not open one, so that column is the help page’s description, not something this site saw.

Behind the login

The strategy pages named in the table, with maximum balance drawdown, percent profitable, the trade counts, the open positions and the history of closed deals, are inside the cTrader application. This site did not log in, did not open an account and did not open a strategy page. What it says about those pages is what the help page says about them, quoted. Anything a reader needs from them must be read there. The button that starts copying shows the fee information of the strategy, per the help page, and that is not on this site either.

Strategies that are no longer there

“The strategy list only includes strategies whose providers are currently trading.” A record you can read is therefore the record of a strategy that still exists. A strategy that was closed is not on the list, and the list does not say how many there were. The 20 cards on this site are the ones on the symbol pages on 6 November 2026. Nothing in them allows a statement about all the strategies that ever ran, and this site makes none.

Your entry is not the provider’s entry

The help page says that when you start copying, “all the existing open positions of the strategy will be opened for your copy-trading account with the current market rates”. A position the provider opened a week ago was opened at the price of a week ago; yours opens at the price of the moment. The record shows the first and not the second. The help page also warns that “the provider’s and investor’s prices may differ due to variations in trading conditions and execution time”, and describes the case in which a copied volume below the broker’s minimum is adjusted to the broker’s step.

What the displayed result includes

The help page’s sentence on the ROI chart speaks of the return “in relation to the account balance the strategy had at the beginning of the period”. It does not say, in the part this site read, whether the investor’s fees are inside that figure. The page names three fees that an investor can pay the provider: a performance fee up to 40 per cent, a management fee up to 10 per cent and a volume fee up to USD 10 per million copied. The separate help page on ROI calculation was not read by this site, so how the printed return is computed is not stated here.

The provider’s next decision

A record is a list of past decisions. The next one can differ from them: another set of symbols, a bigger size, a deposit or a withdrawal on the strategy account, or the end of the strategy. The help page says an investor “can restart copying a strategy at any time as long as it is still provided for copying”, which is a reminder that a strategy can stop being provided. No chart, statistic or age can show what the provider will do.

A printed return is not an expectation

The symbol pages carry the sentence “Past performance does not guarantee future results.”. This site repeats it and adds the plain statement for its own table: A printed return is not an expectation. It is a number the platform printed beside a strategy on the day the page was read; it is not a result any follower obtained, and nothing on this site says that a reader will receive it, or anything near it.

The same goes for the 29-day curves. They describe a window that has closed.

Questions about reading a record

What is behind the login?

Per the help page: the strategy page with drawdown, percent profitable, trade counts, leverage, open positions and history. This site read none of it.

Does the strategy list show strategies that stopped?

No. The help page says it only includes strategies whose providers are currently trading.

Will a follower get the provider’s prices?

The help page says the prices may differ, and that existing positions are opened at the current market rate when copying starts.

Is a printed return a forecast?

No. The cards print it without a period, and the symbol pages state that past performance does not guarantee future results.

The broker this site links to

This site links to FxPro, which cTrader’s list marks as a copy-enabled broker. A copied trade is a leveraged contract on a price, not ownership of anything. Read the terms before you decide anything.
