The age

How long is long enough?

The strategy cards on cTrader's bitcoin copy-trading page, each with an age label
The first cards of cTrader's bitcoin page, each with an age label such as months or a year; the creation date behind the label is in the page data. Copy taken on 6 November 2026

A record is as long as the days it covers. This page reads the age of 20 named cards at 6 November 2026, the two dates the platform calls “Active since”, and what a 29-day curve is as a share of a card’s life. It gives no length that is enough. It says what to ask about the start of a record.

Two dates called Active since

The help page defines “Active since” twice. For a strategy it is “the date when the strategy was provided for copying”. For the provider it is “the date when the provider started providing their first strategy”. They answer different questions. The first dates this strategy’s record; the second dates the provider’s first strategy, which may be a different one. The strategy page also shows the “Strategy age from the start”, and the strategy list can be filtered by strategy age. On the symbol pages the cards print the age as a rounded label (the text of the page reads, for example, “1M”, “7M” or “1Y” next to the word Age); the creation date in the data behind the page gives the day.

Age of each card and the share the curve covers, read on 6 November 2026

Age is the days between the creation date printed in the page data and 6 November 2026. The last column is 29 days divided by the age: how much of the card’s life the small curve shows.

What the table shows

The oldest card was created on 6 Feb 2023 and is 1,369 days old; the youngest, created on 18 Sep 2026, is 49 days old. By year of creation: 5 in 2023, 3 in 2025, 12 in 2026. The 29-day curve is 2.1% of the life of LogicFX · Empire Trades and 59.2% of the life of Li5056 · Method. On an old card the window is a thin slice; on a young card it is a large part of the whole record. The curve is the same size on both.

A short record and a steep line

A young card has had few days in which to meet a bad stretch. That is not a finding about the card; it is a statement about the number of days. The reader’s question is what the record has not yet had to survive. This site read no price data for the dates of any card, so it says nothing about what the markets did during any card’s life, and it does not claim that any card has seen one kind of market or several.

Nicknames that appear on more than one card, read on 6 November 2026

16 different nicknames stand behind the 20 cards. These are the ones that appear more than once; the cards do not say how the strategies of one nickname relate to each other.

The same nickname on several cards

Sixteen nicknames stand behind the 20 cards. ctid4925965 appears on four cards, all created between 2 Jun 2023 and 17 Sep 2025, each listing the single symbol XAUUSD. Aliyainvestments appears on two cards created 102 days apart (ONE 9 and ONE), each listing the same 10 symbols. The cards do not say whether one replaced the other, and this site does not infer it. The question for a reader is the one the help page makes possible: each strategy has its own page and its own “Active since”, so a strategy started under a new name has a record that starts on its own date.

Two other nicknames look alike: femaletrader131341 and femaIetrader131341 differ in one character (a lower-case l in the first, a capital I in the second). Their cards are iloveyou and iloveyou so much. The cards do not say whether the two belong to one person, and this site does not say it. The practical point is about searching: the strategy list “can be searched by their names”, and a name that looks like another is easy to mistake.

Only providers who are still trading

The help page states: “The strategy list only includes strategies whose providers are currently trading.” A list built that way contains the records that are still running. How long a record is therefore depends on which records are left to look at, and the list does not show how many started and stopped on the way. The page on what a record cannot show returns to this.

Reading a record

Questions about reading a record

How many days of history are enough?

This site does not give a number. It shows the age of each card and says what the days contain: no price data was read for them.

Is a strategy with a new name a new record?

On the platform each strategy has its own page and its own “Active since”. Whether a provider moved from one strategy to another is not printed on the cards.

Why is the 29-day curve not enough for an old card?

It covers 2.1% of the life of the oldest card in the table. The rest is not drawn on the card.

Where is the full history?

On the strategy page and in its History tab, which the help page places in the application.
